Want to Return merchandise? Please follow these steps. 

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of original purchase.
  2. We accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged and clothing tags must still be intact.

Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke will be refused.

Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

  1. Non-returnable merchandise include sale products, swimwear and bodysuits.
  2. If merchandise is ready, write Return form and send us to E-mail "customerservice@jezeel.com"

  1. Pack up and send your merchandise to us. You are responsible for shipping costs.

  1. After you send, keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once we receive your order in our warehouse it will typically take within a week to 10 days 

from the time that we receive your package for your payment to be refunded back on your original method of payment

Want to Exchange merchandise?

We do not direct exchanges. Returning the item will result in a refund.

Place an order for the correct size or color and as soon as we receive your return we will issue you either a refund or gift credit whichever applies.
